after seasonal holding

Hello,

I have  applied back to normal plan after seasonal holding still my phone is on “SOS” which means no messages or phone calls. Even I got a email that I got new plan though.

please address this issue, thank you

Can you please try restarting your phone again to see if that fixes things?

Yes still on “sos”

Are you using an esim?

Make sure your Koodo esim profile is active.
