Adding a second line to existing phone using eSIM


Hello:

I am replacing my old Pixel with a Pixel 6.  I would also like to add a second business number to the phone using an eSIM.  I am struggling to find information on the Koodo self-service site on how I should go about ordering the eSIM and whether the number can be added my my existing plan.

Hi @NattyDread 

At the moment, by activating new lines online or over the phone, on Koodo,  a physical sim card will be shipped first, and once you have the physical sim card, you should then be abe to proceed with activating the esim using the steps that Dennis share above.

You need to go to a koodo kiosk to get a esim voucher first. Then you can follow the instructions here:

Dennis:

I did read that page and I am quite comfortable adding an eSim to my phone.    “Adding a line” with an eSIM rather than a physical SIM (the option I am presented) is the challenge at the moment.
