I’ve added the $5 1000min International LD Add-on (CHN, HK, IND, UK, BD, MEX) and when I make an international call it says international calling is not activated.  I don’t find the international calling addon on the listed available add-ons. Please help. Thank you. 

You would need the payperuse international calling addon to make international calls. This wasn’t available in selfserve. You would need a rep to assist. I will flag a rep here.

@EStevens Can you pls power down your phone wait a min turn it back on and try again? This is the feature you should gave seen listed as available to you:
