activate international calling

Will you be making frequent calls? If so, you may want to consider adding Easy Roam to your account. Otherwise, you can include the International Voice Roaming add-on. Note the calling rate is much higher at a pay-per-minute rate. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/easy-roam

@helma Do you mean calling from Canada to other countries? You should be able to do so. Are you getting some kind of messaging and the calls don’t go through?

@Bernard Koodo  yes...i want to make international calls to india from canada. i am getting error code 13D1 and calls are not going through . I dont make frequent calls,i want the option just incase of an emergency.

@helma Can you pls turn off your phone. leave it off for 60 seconds and then back on. Let me know if it works now. 

@Bernard Koodo thank you bernard. International calling is working now. I would also like to know if i can downgrade my plan to $35 (3gb) starter plan ? I am currently on 41.25 starter plan.
