$65/50gb Black Friday plan activated but data is incorrect on self serve

Good morning,

I am a long time existing Koodo customer and recently got the $65/50gb with bill credits when I purchased the new Pixel 7 phone.  While the phone has not shipped, my plan has been activated, however, I only show 13.3gb on my plan.  My question is, will this change on my billing cycle or is this suppose to be activated right away? My usage updated right away but it is now showing as 13.3gb and I cannot get a hold of customer service to fix this problem.  Any help is greatly appreciated.

When is your billing date? When you change plans they prorate your usage for the rest of the month. When switching to the 50gb plan it would be roughly 1.5 gb per day till your billing date then you get the full 50gb at that point. 

Thanks, this makes sense, I haven’t seen this before as I have changed plans mid cycle and it would give me the full data.  My billing cycle ends on the 7th of each month.
