We have managed to add the first 2 from the screenshot shared by Oliver, however the 3rd one can be added in self serve only or by sending ROAM to 7626 as Milkyway suggested. Let us know if you are able to add it in self serve: https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/changing-your-add-ons
After restarting your phone, you should be able to connect to the network with your Koodo plan.
