I have 1000 free minutes to the UK. I am manually tracking these. I have used 266. This month I have been charged $3 for international minutes. I have not made any international calls, except one to the UK. Why is this charge suddenly showing up. The bill shows that I have free international minutes.

Log into your self serve and check your detailed pdf ebill. Check the last 2 ebills. Was there a note that says an increase in price to a Long distance add-on?
