We, too, were surprised to see the $3.00 charge on our February invoice. Looking back to our January invoice I did see the notification about this on the last page. Never did receive an email about this though! Looked at “Manage Add-Ons” and it looks as if once this feature is cancelled, it will cost $5/month to reinstate? Is that correct?

+4Correct. Current “1000 minutes of International long-distance” add-on is $5/mo and it including call to China, Hong Kong, India, UK, Bangladesh, and Mexico from within Canada. Not including to call to US
+4That would be correct-ish.
The $5 add-on currently in market only has long-distance calling to China, Hong Kong, India, UK, Bangladesh, and Mexico.
Your add-on should have quite a few more countries in it for only $3.
