How do I switch to the prepaid $15 plan? I’ve been with koodo for years but mostly use another phone now so I’m just looking to keep my number activated.

If so, you’ll need to buy a prepaid sim card, activate the account with a temporary number and then contact Koodo to port the number. You can schedule a callback here: https://koodo.com/prepaidchat
+4Just looking to maintain ownership? Port your Koodo number to a VoIP service. Have those calls forwarded to your other phone, so current callers will not have to adjust.
