add on


I tried removing device care from add-on in self serve, i tick the i understand button and confirm changes but it goes back to the I understand check box. I use incognito and clear cache but still same thing happens. The shop said i can easily remove it via self serve but this happened.

@Eunessa_baterina   We have placed a request for the removal of the Device Care Complete add-on from your account.  Please note that it can take up to two days for you to no longer see it in your Self-serve.

Have you tried clearing your cookies as well? What about using another device?

How can I remove Device Care Complete?

You can end your protection plan at any time by visiting a Koodo shop, by logging into Self Serve, or by contacting us. If you choose to end your plan, your phone will no longer be covered for physical and liquid damage or for lost/stolen incidents.

I’m not sure why the rep did not complete this task in-store. It may take time for the system to finish processing your request. If the problem persists, please let us know.
