Does it happen when you are close to the border?
+4Sometimes a delayed network update or a nearby US tower can trigger roaming-style alerts while you’re still in Canada.
You could check if you accidentally charged with roaming or not in selfserve. Koodo typically refund the credits for those fee if you were residing in Canada
In the future if you would like to avoid cases like that, disable automatic carrier selection and manually select Koodo in the carrier list.
