Every time I log into my Koodo account and click “Shop” to get to “wireless home phone” it says not available. Is it available or not?

@Dan J It sure is available. The below is the screenshot I see after placing it in the cart:

Could you share what you see?  Because we have it available nationwide. 


This is what I see when I log in.
 

It is only when I do NOT log in and add the phone to my cart and then log in, it shows available.
BTW, we are Telus home phone customers. Can we port our current land line number to the Koodo wireless home phone online?


@Dan J Hmmmm….based on the above I’m thinking you may have accidentally initiated an upgrade vs adding a line to your existing account. Hence the message above “Not available for upgrades”. If you click the ‘change’ button you should be able to pick from an option ‘add a line’.

And keeping your current number should not be an issue for standard lines.
