I got a call from 519-325-2229 about a promotion that was 30% of my bill for seemingly no reason. They asked for an email address and what they sent me was a passwors reset where they wanted me to change my password to something specific. Whole thing felt really wrong and I hung up. I did not change my password.
Would anyone from koodo actually ask me to change ny password like that? I am guessing no but the Koodo assistantance AI also said sometimes emails are sent out.
Was this guy a scam? Would koodo ever have a promotion that requires me to change my password?
