Can we expect Koodo to have hotspots anywhere? If we were switched from Telus Mobility, can we use theirs?

Koodo doesn't offer a separate system of wifi hotspot. You can use Telus hotspot without any problem as their hotspot is free for everyone https://www.telus.com/en/bc/support/article/telus-wifi-public-hotspots
