this has been so frustrating. i understand its black friday weekend but more the reason you should have someone available if people want to take advantage of the promotions. is there any other way to talk to someone? koodo assist will not allow you to schedule a call back.

+4When you click “download pdf bills", the first three will show up with a link just below them which says “show more". Clicking this link will display up to 18 months of bills.
