Calls made to toll free numbers starting with 800/866/877/888 will be free of charge if made from within Canada.
However since they'll still use the minutes on your plan, if you run out of minutes, you will be charged for additional airtime. This should no longer be the case as long as you are on an unlimited minutes Canada-wide plan.
