It's been 8 days now that I have been receveing calls like this number V92616013600002. I never answer (I tried once and nothing on the line appened), I keep blocking them and report spam and I keep receveing calls, like over 20 it's really annoying and I dont know what to do...

You won’t be able to block that number, since it is not in the proper format. Your phone will not be able to filter it out. To prevent this from happening, I would suggest you to enable call control on your Self-Serve account. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/call-control
