Hi! I called 18336681818 to request a win back deal. I was told I didn’t qualify. Then ten minutes later I got a call back that I did qualify, it was the same person.
I wasn’t 100 percent sure it was Koodo so he offered to send a verification email which came from telusservice@i.telus.com
any clue whether I need to be worried about Spam?
I never trust people who call me or the emails. Tell them to add the offer under your name and you will get in touch with Koodo via official channels
