When I press 1 and it goes to voicemail it hangs up right away and doesn’t allow me to access it. I do have an new Pixel 7 phone but using my old SIM card and I did change my plan 2 days ago. Not sure if my voicemail needs to be reset or something or if others are experiencing this.

I actually found the solution. I had to go into the phone app, settings, voicemail, advanced and setup. Remove the voicemail number (leave it blank) and save that. Then I tried calling the number and it worked. I then went back in following the steps above, added the voicemail number back in (same as it was previously) and then it worked. Not sure what was wrong with it initially but working now.

+4Try calling your own number from your phone. If that connects you to your voicemail then the VM Access number needs to be updated.
Thanks for the suggestion but I tried that as well with the same outcome. No matter how I tried to access voicemail it ends the call right away.
