Unable to complete Cellular Plan Change

Hello Koodo community, 

 

Already have Bell Physical sim in iPhone 12, - business/Job line.

 

Personal line is Koodo - trying to add via e-sim to avoid carrying two phones.

Got an voucher yesterday, made a mistake of adding directly to add a cellular line in iPhone 12. it got added as a data plan but could not made a call.

 

Then came across the article of first switching the sim online, removed line from the iPhone - switched Sim number online, got confirmation that in 15 minute it should work.

 

more then an hour and the error I am getting is 

“Unable to Complete Cellular Plan Change - Your cellular plan could not be set up. Try again later” 

 

Any idea how to complete this successfully?

Hi there! 

 

We noticed that you managed to get help in the meantime, is the issue resolved? 

I had to go to store and buy another eSIM.

problem solved as eSIM are one use only even though same phone, same number.
