trying to cancel new phone

I ordered an iPhone 13 mini online 2 weeks ago and it hasn’t been shipped yet but I’ve been billed I’m looking to cancel it and go to my local Koodo and get an iPhone 12 .. how do I cancel my online order ?

You gotta e-mail the webstore or refuse the package when it’s delivered (if the packages shipped already) 

You can call them at this number: 1-844-566-3697 (Tuesday to Friday 3pm - 9pm EST)

You can also email them at this address: koodo.webstore@koodomobile.com
