I'm travelling to Japan and India in a couple of weeks and plan to be there for about 2 months. Instead of using the $18 per day easy roam, can I get monthly passes? I saw that there is Global easy roam 30 day pass for $125. Getting this for 2 months seems to be cheaper than the pay-per-day $18 charge. Has anyone used these passes and how does it work?

This is a relatively new Easy Roam Travel Pass, so I doubt you will see many reviews on it. Since you are going there for an extended period of time, I would suggest you to give it a try.
You can get a 30-day Global Easy Roam Travel Pass by texting PASS30GLB to 7626. It will remain active on your plan for 45 days from the activation date. Once it is done, you should be able to add it again to your account. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/europe-easy-roam-travel-passes

The lack of a 30 day Asian travel pass is very frustrating.
For the price of the Global travel pass, I highly recommend you search for a travel esim online instead.
