You can roam with Korek, Asia cell, and Zain in Iran. You may need to manually select these networks.

I am afraid you are out of options. According to the list of partner networks with Koodo, service with the only one available in Iran, MTN, has been suspended.
Wow i cant believe i misread Iraq for Iran. I do know they are 2 different countries. Good catch
