We will be biking across Europe and may be in one country while phoning a different country for hotel reservations. Will the Europe Travel Pass work to do this? Koodo lists multiple ‘destinations’ in Europe, but I’m unsure if your calls must be within the same country, or if they can be from one country to another. Thanks for sharing your experience!

Hi there,
With the pass the regular rules of easy roam apply per country. So whichever country you're travelling in you can call back to canada and to other numbers within that country while you're there. So it won't work for multiple countries.
For example, you cant call from France to Spain, but you can call other numbers in France. Let me know if this clears things up!

In your situation, it would be better to get a local SIM card once you arrive. It should provide you with EU roaming, especially when you are still subject to additional roaming charges by calling from your destination country to another European country.
Thank you for confirming what I suspected. It is unfortunate the Koodo does not clarify the inability to call between countries when using the Travel Pass.
