Transferring phone number

I get this message of error once I submit the request to transfer my old phone number to my new koodo account. Tried twice, got the same result twice. Ugh!

Try clearing your browser's cache or try another browser 

Ok, got it to work. To transfer your old phone number to Koodo, the Koodo form SAYS you can provide one of two informations: either the account number linked to the phone number you want to transfer, or the IMEI number. But IN REALITY you have to provide both, or else you are taken to that page telling you of an undescribed error. Can I say it again? Ugh!
