Time wasting to cancel my internet

Instead of enjoying my off day, I wasted 3 hours on the phone just to cancel the bad internet service, nobody answered. I scheduled a call back. They called after 1 hours and again they put me on hold for another one hour!!!!!then line discounted and no one called back

And they call it a service?!

 

This is absolutely ridiculous, I'm gonna call the CRTC to find a solution.
