Hi, I’d like to leave feedback for a Koodo customer service rep who just assisted me over the phone named Dimitru (sorry if my spelling is incorrect). Dimitru was extremely helpful, called me back when the call dropped so I wouldn’t have to wait on hold again to connect through, took the time to help me select the correct plan for me, and was just generally extremely helpful and patient and offered amazing customer service. From my experience, koodo has EXCELLENT customer service. I've been told MANY that I could get a cheaper plan if I switch to a different provider. This may be true, but good customer service goes a long way with me.
