Text messages from multiple financial institutions are failing - is it me or everyone ?

Was working fine days ago.

Now they are all failing but other text messages come through fine.

Maybe a system problem on the other end ???

Text messages for two factor authentication are coming through again.

A shame reps from both financial institutions blamed my provider instead of admitting what they had to know was a problem.
