Koodo is the worst network I have ever use. I called to be connected to a technical assistant

Are you a cellular cellular or home internet customer?

As well, what was the issue that you need technical help with?

Check your database. I have tried many times. AI which I don’t need was just responding to me. I am a cellular user and you can not be billing me every month without using your service

I have tried many times to disconnect your network. I dropped my number for your programmed AI which is nonsensical to me though. You expect me to pay for a service you did not render. Expected my SIM to arrive in my box could not find it. Called several times but only thing you could do just send bill everytime. Call me

I saw that one of your crew members liked a response from your organization. Thai so very wrong. The service your promised was not what you delivered. I am not going to pay for any service you never deliver to me

I called many times . Tried to send a message many times but all I could get is a response from AI.

How will you program just for AI that does not understand responses? Giving answers that are not related to my prompted question. If you do not understand the perception of your customer towards your service just pack up the service
