Anyone else get charged double for their phone upgraded at Best Buy and that was 10mns ago and so finding out I’m paying twice as much after the fact of upgrading god how is it if you actually wait the 24months but so I’m paying for the device right done that already even with Roger’s I’m on tab94 so I’m -900+ on tab device same as tab bonus but they wanna charge me 503 plus 491+tax and they keep saying this is normal whaaaat anyone else deal with this upgrading 14 months early

There are three types of Tab:
- Tab Plus
- Tab
- Tab Lite
It was determined by the rep at the Best Buy location that you are only eligible for the Tab according to your plan, which means you need to pay $599 upfront and $50 per month for the duration of the 24-month period.

I would suggest you to go back to the Best Buy location and speak with the rep to see if you are eligible with Tab Plus on your current plan.
It is possible that you did not complete the 24-month term on your existing contract with Rogers, which is why you may have been charged for the remaining balance of your device.
Can you provide a screenshot of your Customer Service Agreement? Make sure to remove any personal details, as this is a public forum.
If you no longer want your phone, you should be able to return it to the original Best Buy location within 15 days after the date of purchase.

Did you upgrade your phone before 24 months is up?
My phone was 1799 I been paying a tab device and apparently a tab bonus to and both I still owe 503 plus 491+tax and this isn’t with Roger’s this is with Koodo
Why is it a tab bonus if we have to pay it’s not a bonus tab94 sounds so dumb now and I just transferred to Koodo only to find out it’s harder to upgrading and you have to pay double for the device and I thought Roger’s was more and dumb why I’m with Koodo now only to get billed twice for same previous device paid 550 at the store when i upgraded they said was device balance and then i get charged again 503 literally 5 days later
When I upgraded at Roger’s I’d pay the device balance which be between 500-300 and that is all I’d have to pay there is no extra charge penalties for upgrading early flipping call authority’s because I upgraded 🙄
