Prior to changing my phone number (in January 2025), I subscribed to the Stream+ service. I have been trying to change my number on my Amazon Prime account but when I sign in with my new number, a different profile shows up. Any thoughts/suggestions on this? I receive the OTP code in my device.

Hello, thank you for responding to my post! I cancelled my Stream+ service couple days ago; as of yesterday, I do not have a subscription anymore. However, when I tried to log in to Amazon (e.g. for shopping) with my current phone number, a different profile shows up. My email address remains unchanged. I’ve tried to log in with it as well and it tells me there is an existing account tied to my email address.
