yes, i said i searched for Telus app, found it, tried to install, but it takes me to Outside TV Features??

If you download it on other devices (tablet or phone), are you able to install/launch it? 

i’m not sure what that would prove, but i installed it on my android phone and logged in

to be useful i need it on my firetv

However, in the past, Koodo’s streamplus customer can only access via the webpage link mentioned above. You can try if you can do it now

i don’t know of any way to sync the app on my PC to my firetv?

You can go to Amazon.ca/appstore on your computer or phone browser and make sure you are logged into the same Amazon account used on your Fire TV  →  Search for the Telus TV app → On the right side of the screen, look for the "Deliver to:" dropdown menu and select your specific Fire TV device from the list. → Click Get App or Deliver. The app will automatically appear on your TV

i search for telustv+ in apps & games from my PC

nothing shows up??

i have a US address in my .ca account - i try to remove it, it says it is used for my digital purchases, select another address - this takes me to a page that says it is managed from my .com account

i login there (different email) and it says managed by my .ca account

how do i delete this US address from my .ca account

no help - i already have my correct address set as default, can’t delete the US address...
