I have an S22 Ultra that was recently purchased and put onto Koodo. The Software Update Service Provider on the phone is ATT. How do I change this to Koodo?

It would be a tough one as the device was an American model. Have you tried to reset the device to its factory settings while keeping your Koodo SIM card in it?
