Help, my sim card just stopped working. It says its not in my google pixel which I have had for awhile now. Sim card reads in my old phone no problem. Doesn’t need to be updated, have reset the phone many times, no calls in or out. What can I do?

So you confirmed it works in another phone. Can you try another Sim card to see if your pxiel phone can work? Failing that, your next step would have to be a factory reset after backing up your info. How long have you had your phone?

Should I try a factory reset then? Or is this a new phone situation?
