scheduling a callback is pain for kodoo user

I would love to speak with rep to discuss my other account on kodoo but scheduling or having a callback is really a pain in the ass. I know we're more to ditigal now but not all questions and discussion are being settle in digital rep.

I have this other account that has been canceled and i wanna dicuss if i can able to negotiate payments solutions

I recommend calling *227 on your koodo line to contact the finance department to speak to a rep about payment terms

Tried it but it still wanted me to do the digital rep which was not really hopeful
