schedule call back not working, impossible to talk to a human

Its impossible to talk to a human with koodo, i just opened my account today and this is beyond frustrating, i am ready to cancel it, but  I cant even talk to someone to cancel my account.

nevermind, after several attempts, the schedule call back stopped dropping.. I would receive the automated voice asking to say “AGENT” or press “1”, both continuously failed i.e. drop the call before transferring to a an agent.
