Recieved a call later at night from +18664488030 saying they were Koodo and that they had a promotion for me and wanted to ask some questions. I said no thanks as I wasn't sure if it was a scam or not and hung up. Was this Koodo all along?

Yes, that is a legit Koodo phone number.
Which is kind of ironic since about 30% of the people here are trying to reach a person and can’t. Koodo is too busy trying to sell home security to assist existing customers.
