Rogers Tech did not find cable

rogers tech came to our store and did not find the cable to connect the modem , so not sure what we can do with this modem , 

 

prob will cancel it

Eh, the cable should be included in the modem, have you received Koodo modem yet? As well, did you receive Koodo internet activation email?

It’s the Roger’s connection at the store.  The tech didn’t find it

If there is no Roger’s cable that runs on the power poles outside or underground that the tech could find for them to extend to the store, then it’s possible the location is not eligible for Koodo internet.

This can happen sometimes if the address is within close proximity of an active line but is not close enough for the tech to run a cable from. If this is the case then yes you should cancel and receive your money back if done within 30 days of activating.

Just to confirm, are you a Koodo internet subscriber?  I asked because Rogers doesn’t sell Kooo internet directly
