I got a notification my phone was roaming even though I was on Vancouver island. Please reimburse me for the roaming fees please

+4Do you see the charge on your bill or just a notification?
If you see the charge, you can request " review the charge" through your self serve.
Log into your self serve > billing > support > " ask us to review a charge". They will response to you.
