My upcoming bill appears to overcharge by $18 for Koodo Roaming when I actually was using a Koodo Travel Pass while recently (April/May) in Europe. How do I get this charge clarified and corrected? (Chatbot was not able to help). I see this does appear to be an issue for some other customers too.
