Roaming charge while using Travel Pass

My upcoming bill appears to overcharge by $18 for Koodo Roaming when I actually was using a Koodo Travel Pass while recently (April/May) in Europe. How do I get this charge clarified and corrected? (Chatbot was not able to help). I see this does appear to be an issue for some other customers too.

Just to confirm, did you have a confirmation of the travel pass by either text or email? 
If for whatever reason, the system didn't take into account of the travel pass, Koodo will adjust the charge. Let's us know.

I would suggest you to log in to your Self-Serve and submit a request for a rep to review your roaming charge. It will take a few hours. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/ask-us-to-review-a-charge-on-your-bill
