Removing mistaken Easy Roam charges

How do I get erroneous Easy Roam charges removed? We live right next to the US border and it happens all the time. The current bill includes three instances in March. One line on 8 March at 13:02 and two lines on 21 March, 12:45 and 12:41. Thanks!

Hi ​@Aaron Bihari, we’ve checked the charges you mentioned and as they are accidental roaming we have added a credit to your account, you can check it out in your self-serve. 

To avoid future charges please make sure that the data roaming is off in your phone settings and you are manually connecting to the Koodo network.
