I have an older Samsung phone locked to Koodo with a Koodo SIM card. I cancelled my account over three years ago

Q1 - Can I reactivate my existing SIM or do I have to buy a new one?

Q2 - Can I get Koodo to unlock my phone so that it’s not married to Koodo

1. You would have to purchase a new sim card.
2. You can unlock a phone by talking to customer service, or if you make a new account with Koodo, you can do so easily online.
