Hi @Tw1tch_Shire

There was a discussion about this recently here

Can you please try the suggestions mentioned there and let us know if that helps?

I tried both suggestions below before loating this, which is why posted in the first place. Any more suggestions other than the below?

1. Making sure the app is up to date, this can be done through the google play store.

2.Simply restarting the device, sounds silly but tends to fix a lot of problems.

3.Try to clear the cache and data of the google messages app through your phone settings, restart the phone, and see if it persists. (This is the most likely to help)

4.Attempt to reset your network settings and see if the issue persists. Note: if you try this saved devices such as Bluetooth and WIFI passwords tend to reset and you may have to add them again.

Airplane Mode On
    Long press on messages to bring up menu
    Select the little "i" in the upper corner
    "Force Stop" the app (located at the very bottom of screen)
    Now press on Storage
    Clear Cache and Clear Data (located at the very bottom) Don't worry it won't delete your conversations.
    Restart phone and turn off airplane mode

@Tw1tch_Shire

Has it ever worked on your current phone, the S20 Note Ultra? We checked and RCS is active and enabled for your number, the phone is eligible as well. Are you using the Google Messages app, is it set as the default messaging app on your phone?
