Hello, I requested two call backs and haven’t received any calls at all. I want to port over my number from fido to koodo. The fido account is still active however i currently have no esim as i deleted it by accident. So now whenever i try to port over my number i cant reply yes because i don’t receive the message

You need to follow up with Fido to get back your eSIM. Once that is done, you should be able to initiate the port transfer to Koodo. Make sure to keep it on your phone until you have successfully transferred over to Koodo. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/moving-your-number-koodo

Is this the only way? Because fido is being annoying i went in store to request an esim they told me to do it online. I contacted support then i was told they don’t give out esims online anymore i need to go back to the store

Yes, that is the only way to do it.

You can actually call fido and request that the number be "open to port" giving permission for the number to be ported out. If they allow you to do this, it would bypass the need for the verification SMS. From there you perform the port request through self serve again and it should go through.

However, if they dont allow you to then yes you would require a new fido esim / recover the old one through them as it would be required to respond to the SMS. That would be the only other way.
