My contract has been cancelled. I tried to contact the team, and they requested some documents, which I shared immediately. After that, the service was stopped, and they didn't respond to my messages or emails. I am really disappointed with Koodo's service.

I see, so to confirm, you ordered the service, received the device and contract, and then the service was placed on hold?
Koodo and other providers do this sometimes as a form of fraud protection. Once your ID and personal information is verified, they will follow-up and remove the hold. Did they say when they would follow-up? How did you contact the team originally?
