Please remove roaming charges

You can submit a request to have the charge on the bill reviewed through your Wife’s Koodo self-serve account. A rep will review the charge within 4hrs. How to do this can be found here: Ask us to review a charge on your bill | Koodo Mobile

Going forward, to help prevent being charged again in future, I suggest you turn off roaming in your device settings and changing your carrier selection from automatic to manual and then Koodo. To avoid this from happening again, make sure to manually select your network to Koodo, so that your phone does not automatically connect to a nearby U.S. cellular tower. Is your wife's roaming charge already on your bill?

If you are living near the border, it recommended turning off data roaming and switching your phone to manual network selection, then choosing Koodo. That way, your phone won’t accidentally connect to a U.S. tower.
