please remove roaming charges

I received roaming charges on my last bill but I have not left the country. Please remove them. Thank you.

When you download your detailed pdf ebill, what date was the accidental roaming charged for?

Can you also make sure you are logged into the the community with your self serve account and I can then flag a rep for you?

I am logged into my self serve account. April 13 is the date of the charge.

We have looked into it and we have been able to remove the roaming charge since this was triggered due to accidental roaming, feel free to check the details in self serve when you get the chance.
