If you dont see a promo code, is there mention of a need for a promo code?

Unless it is mentioned, I dont think a promo code is needed.  Have you tried to start the process without a promo code to see how it proceeds?

This is a personal offer sent to my email…it isn’t just any regular postpaid offer.

Is there anyway to send a message to customer support or live chat? I can’t seem to find neither option.

Im not a fan of asking people to click on links from random emails, but what happens when you click the switch online today link?
