Just to confirm, how many times have you entered a PUK code already? Entering the wrong PUK 10 times in a row makes the SIM permanently unusable and a replacement SIM would be needed at that point. If you only got the "SIM blocked" message after 3 wrong PIN attempts, the PUK will still unlock it. More info here https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/puk-code
