Phone number is different on my phone vs my account

I ordered a koodo plan online and I was able to get it today. It was approved and shipped last week and I was able to setup my self serve account with the number they gave me before even getting the sim card in the mail.

 

While it was still the long weekend,I changed my number online and it says it should reflect to my sim card automatically so then I received my sim card today but its still showing my original number vs the one listed on my account which was the number I chose. How to fix this?

Did you restart your phone after making the port transfer on your Self-Serve account?
